John A. Harrill, Jr., M.D., received his medical degree from the Medical College of South Carolina and his undergraduate degree from Furman University. His Internship and Residency were completed at University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical Center. His Radiology Residency was completed at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine.

Dr. Harrill has served as Chairman of the Department of Radiology, 1978-1998 and Chief of Staff, Spartanburg Regional Medical Center October 2001 – September 2002.

Dr. Harrill is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and with the American Board of Radiology.
