The Doctor Behind Your Doctor
Behind every great physician is a great radiologist. A trusted partner in both diagnostics and treatment, who studies X-rays, analyzes MRIs, pores over CT scans — and works closely with your doctor to come up with the optimal treatment plan.
Not all radiology practices are created equal. Our board-certified, subspecialized radiologists have completed a fellowship of one or two additional years after their residency. This specialized training makes them true experts in a specific area of study (like mammography or musculoskeletal imaging).
What Exactly is a Radiologist?
Radiologists are doctors who are trained in diagnosing and/or treating diseases and injuries using medical imaging procedures like X-rays, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT).
